2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.


We are excited to be recruiting a permanent Project Manager to lead and deliver capital projects within our Central Estates Group. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare environments, ensuring our hospitals and clinical facilities remain safe, compliant, sustainable, and fit for the future.

You will be leading the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital and minor works projects across one of the largest NHS estates in the region, working closely with clinical teams, executive leaders, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, to high standards, and with minimal disruption to patient services.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of capital, engineering, infrastructure, and minor works projects across the Trust estate.
  • Managing multidisciplinary project teams, designers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Developing project briefs with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, planning requirements, building regulations, and healthcare technical standards.
  • Monitoring project budgets, performance, risk, quality, and programme delivery.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and maintaining excellent communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Supporting sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental improvement initiatives.
  • Providing expert estates project management advice to senior leaders and directors.

 About You:

  • We are looking for a collaborativeand proactive Project Management professional with:
    • Proven project management experience within complex environments.
    • A degree or recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Engineering or another relevant field.
    • Full membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g., CIOB, RICS, RIBA, IHEEM, CIBSE).
    • Demonstrable experience delivering construction, estates, engineering, or facilities projects, ideally within the NHS or public sector.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Office tools.
