Job Introduction
2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.
We’re looking for a Goods Receipting Team Member to join our team at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. You will be responsible for processing and receipting all goods and services ordered for 2gether Support Solutions and East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT).
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receipt goods and services on our Unit 4 Business World system.
- Investigate and resolve purchase order and invoice queries.
- Collaborate with end users, suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a first point of contact for procurement system queries.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with effective communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, procurement, or finance (desirable but not essential).
