2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.
We have a new Helpdesk Systems Dispatcher opportunity available at the QEQM Hospital in Margate.
This is a full time permanent position working 5 out of 7 days per week on a rolling rota. Shifts include: 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm
The role will report into the Porter Manager of the site and will be primarily responsible for managing a comprehensive facilities helpdesk dispatching service, supporting all soft Facilities Management which includes domestic, portering and logistics services.
Its a fast paced role where no two days are the same. That said, the ideal candidate would be able to adapt to quick change, challenging environments and have their finger on the pulse.
Main duties of the job
- Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service to both internal and external customers, demonstrating high standards of customer service at all times.
- To act as a key contact and representative of the Soft facilities management services when working with the client and their staff, ensuring that good relationships are developed and maintained.
- To respond to all service requests in compliance with the agreed performance indicators, dispatching service resources productively and effectively using the `Agility` Computed Aided Facilities Management system.
- Ensure that information and activity data is input in a timely and accurate manner, supporting prioritisation of service demands and outcomes.
- To fully co-operate with other staff, and actively participate as part of the team to ensure efficient running of the Soft FM services.
