2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more
We’re looking for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join our dynamic People team on an 11-month fixed term contract basis (maternity cover). This exciting opportunity will lead People relations for our Kent and Canterbury Hospital site, whilst overseeing and supporting our other 4 East Kent Hospitals sites.
Leading on complex employee relations matters, you’ll partner with managers and senior leaders to provide expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, organisational change and TUPE matters. Focussing on early resolution, collaboration, and best practice, you’ll also support and develop a team of People Advisors across multiple sites.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with trade unions and senior stakeholders
- Delivering management training and coaching
- Developing and drafting people policies in line with employment legislation and best practice
- Leading the preparation of ET materials and managing the legal support
- Supporting organisational change and engagement initiatives
- Assisting in the monitoring and analysis of data
- Championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the organisation

What we’re looking for
- Proven HR generalist experience with strong ER case management expertise
- Experience leading or mentoring others
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (working towards Level 7 desirable)
