2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Officer to support our Talent Acquisition team at 2gether Support Solutions, managing high-volume recruitment for frontline roles across the East Kent Hospital sites. This is a highly varied role where you will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the organization.
This role is based in Canterbury with hybrid working, however may require travel to other sites. We are open to consider flexible working and part time hours.
Working in a dynamic environment, you will focus on sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates while delivering an efficient and effective recruitment service. You will manage large-scale recruitment campaigns, providing hiring managers with a steady pipeline of talented candidates to meet their staffing needs.
Main Duties
- Manage the candidate journey and experience from application through to onboarding.
- Conducting telephone interviews, co-ordinating interviews and selection events.
- Organise and facilitate high volume sourcing activities such as assessment centres
- Supporting hiring managers to have an efficient and effective pipeline of candidates for front line roles.
- Supporting the compliance process of candidates, ensuring candidates have the correct documents prior to interview and enabling an effective transition through the compliance process.
- Manage high volume campaigns and support the attraction strategy whilst being the main point of contact for queries relating to recruitment campaigns.
The Person
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and expectations. Prior recruitment experience with a demanding and varied workload is essential along with knowledge of recruitment processes and resourcing techniques.
