2gether Support Solutions are looking for an enthusiastic recruitment professional to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team in this fast-paced, rewarding role.
This is a hybrid role, with some home working possible. Flexible working patterns/hours may be considered for the right candidate; please include your availability at point of application.
This permanent position will support the recruitment across all 5 East Kent Hospital sites, with the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of roles from Facilities to Procurement, and from Estates to Finance. With a varied workload, the role holder will have significant autonomy over their working day, and be encouraged to contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of our systems and processes.
Primarily focusing on high-volume positions, the Talent Advisor will have end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, from advertising through to initial compliance checks. Further responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, organising interviews and assessment centres, offering, and performing Compliance checks.
- Liaising with stakeholders and managers, building strong working partnerships with departments, and advising on their requirements and hiring strategies.
- Monitoring progress of roles and advising on additional advertising to provide innovative sourcing streams.
- Project work opportunities, including contract management, strategy and initiatives.
- Prioritising workload accordingly, managing your time and responsibilities.
This role requires excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills. We are ideally looking for a recruiter with a background in high-volume campaigns, and any industry will be considered. The following is also advantageous:
- Proven history of working with various Systems/ATS’, and a knowledge of in-house recruitment processes.
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of Right to Work and Compliance requirements.
- Experience using various resourcing techniques.
